While traditionally you have known us by our former names (NewBase/ CT4/ Arado) we are excited to announce that starting today, we will be known as AUCloud.
Our rebranding to AUCloud represents an expansion of our capabilities and services, further solidifying our commitment to delivering exceptional Managed IT Services, Cloud and Cyber Security solutions. Rest assured, our dedication to providing you with expert service and support remains unchanged. We promise to maintain the quality and reliability you’ve come to expect from our team.
We want to emphasise that it’s business as usual for our services and support. We will continue to provide you with a diverse range of products and services, just as we have under the NewBase banner.

Starting June 1, 2024, all invoices will be issued under our new legal entity name, Sovereign Cloud Australia Pty Ltd, with ABN 55 611 181 830. Please note that updated bank account details for payments will be included in the invoices. Additionally, our new invoicing email will be accounts@aucloud.com.au.
In the coming weeks, there will be a change to our email address and all emails will be sent from @aucloud.com.au domain. We will keep you up-to-date with more information as we roll out these changes.
